What materials do you use? Are they safe for children?
We use professional, skin-safe, hypoallergenic face paints designed for use on children and adults. All tools are cleaned and sanitized between events. Designs can be easily removed with water and mild soap.

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance to give you peace of mind while we’re at your event.

Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit will be applied to the total event cost.

What should we do to prepare for face painting?
Make sure there is a shaded area for outdoor events and a table and chairs for the face painter. Clean, dry skin is best for face painting, so please avoid applying any lotions before the event.

What happens if it rains during an outdoor event?
If you're hosting an outdoor event, we recommend having a backup indoor location or tented area in case of rain. We are happy to reschedule due to bad weather as long as it is coordinated at least 24 hours in advance.

What is the minimum booking time for events?
We have a 1-hour minimum booking requirement for all events to ensure adequate time to serve your guests.

What if my child has sensitive skin?
We use only top-quality, hypoallergenic face paints that are gentle on the skin. However, if you know your child has particularly sensitive skin, please inform us, and we can conduct a patch test before proceeding with full face painting.

How long does face painting take per person?
It usually takes about 4-6 minutes per design, depending on the complexity. For larger events, we offer simplified designs to keep the line moving and ensure everyone gets painted!
